“Keep up the good service,” say satisfied Attwater customers
The results of the annual Attwater customer service survey are in – and we’re delighted that we rated good or excellent across the board!
We issued anonymous questionnaires to customers that have ordered from us in the last 18 months and we asked about everything from telephone manner to reliability.
We were rated as good or excellent in each of the eight categories. Even better, on half of the questions, more than 90% of respondents gave us great marks.
Our quotations, ability to answer questions, delivery performance and reliability got particularly great reviews.
“I have received excellent service throughout the team at Attwater,” added one respondent. “Never had a problem, and the team are always helpful,” said a second, and “Keep up the good work,” concluded another.
We have been issuing customer satisfaction surveys since 1999 and every year we work on improving our score. We are delighted to receive another set of positive results and would like to thank each individual member of the team for the role they play in our success. It all counts!
